Update: USET will not be able to broadcast the session online but people can call in and listen. Visit the USET website for the phone number and more information.

United South and Eastern Tribes is hosting a strategy session on the U.S. Supreme Court decision in Carcieri v. Salazar tomorrow.

For people who can't attend the meeting on the Tunica-Biloxi Reservation in Louisiana, USET will be offering a live feed. Coverage can be found at usetinc.org, starting at 9am Central Time.

The decision limits the land-into-trust process to tribes that were "under federal jurisdiction" in 1934. Tribes want Congress to address the ruling.
