NPR: Alaska Native contracts under scrutiny

"Last week, the Senate Subcommittee on Contracting Oversight held a hearing about whether Alaska Native Corporations have an unfair advantage when it comes to being awarded government contracts.

Host Scott Simon speaks about the issue with Sen. Claire McCaskill, the Missouri Democrat who chairs the subcommittee, and Sarah Lukin of the Native American Contractors Association."
